Purchases (12 months): faults that occur under normal use due to manufacturing/functional failure (including refurbished items prepared by us).
What isn’t covered

- Liquid damage, corrosion, contamination, pests.
- Misuse, unsupported modifications, or unauthorised repair attempts.
- Consumables and normal wear (e.g., cosmetic wear, battery wear consistent with age/use).
- Software issues not caused by hardware failure (viruses, driver issues, OS corruption).
- Data loss (always keep backups where possible).
- Plastics eg casing, frame, covers - protect your plastic, people!
- Events outside reasonable control (power surges, lightning, flood, fire, etc.).
Pre-existing faults
If a device has existing damage (especially liquid/corrosion), we may be able to complete a requested job (e.g., screen replacement) but we cannot warranty unrelated faults caused by that pre-existing damage.
How to claim
- Contact us with your order/receipt number and a short description of the issue.
- We’ll advise quick checks and arrange drop-in or collection/delivery options.
- We’ll test, confirm the fault, and explain the fix (repair/replace/refund where applicable).
