Ticket terms
  1. Authorization, Liability and Warranties

    You authorize Welsh Computers to carry out agreed work and pay the price approved by you. We are not liable for unforeseeable, indirect or consequential losses. Statutory rights apply.

    Any warranty, where applicable, covers only the specific repair for 90 days and excludes new faults or customer-supplied parts.

  2. Pre-Existing Faults, Liquid Damage and Repair Risks

    Devices may have pre-existing faults or internal damage. Where liquid damage, corrosion, board faults or prior repair attempts are present, etc, no repair or part can be warranted, even if the work requested is unrelated (e.g. a screen replacement). Failures arising from these conditions are not our liability.

  3. Diagnostics, Collection and Abandonment

    Diagnostic fees, if applicable, are payable even if repairs do not succeed. (Example: Data Recovery, Liquid Damage Cleaning, Rush Service).

    Devices must be checked on collection. Devices uncollected after 30 calendar days with no response are treated as abandoned; ownership transfers to Welsh Computers and the device and data will be disposed of.

  4. Data, Access and Protection

    You are responsible for backups and providing access details. Data loss or recovery success is not guaranteed. Your information is stored only for job management and follow-ups, is never sold or shared, and may be deleted at your request; deleted records can never be recovered.
