How we use your data

What we collect

  • Contact details (name, email, phone) and delivery/collection details.
  • Order and payment information (via our payment/checkout process).
  • Device details for repairs (make/model/serial, fault description, test notes).
  • Remote support session details if you request it (session code, notes, and technical logs required to deliver the service).
  • Emails/messages you send us.
  • To provide services (repairs, sales, setup, remote support).
  • To communicate about quotes, approvals, progress, and aftercare.
  • For accounting and legal obligations (invoices, tax records).
  • To improve support (quality control, internal training, preventing repeat faults).
